ADDITIONAL SERVICES
In addition to our Basic Service Plan, Island Homewatch offers a menu of additional services to help you manage the care of your home and to assist you in the enjoyment of your time on the island. These services are offered on a "per hour" basis, and will be customized to meet your individual needs.
REPAIRS / MAINTENANCE - Island Homewatch will set up the appointments and meet the trade professional at your home to allow access to the interior if necessary and stay to secure the home after the repair. Digital photos will be taken before, during, and after the repair if desired.
STORM CHECKS - Island Homewatch will check your home after every major storm and send an immediate report with photos if there is any damage or concern. This allows the homeowner great peace of mind.
VEHICLES - Includes starting and running of vehicle and/or a short drive with vehicle (vehicle must be insured).
HOME OPENING AND CLOSING - Have guests arriving while you are away? Island Homewatch will open your home and prepare it for your guests' arrival. Your home will then be closed and secure upon their departure.
SEASONAL OPENING AND CLOSING - Island Homewatch will open your home for the season which could include: turning on hot water heaters, setting and checking the heating/cooling systems, arranging house cleaning and window washing, set out deck furniture, stocking the refrigerator, freezer, and pantry.
DELIVERIES - Island Homewatch will arrange to meet your deliveries and secure them inside your home.
OFF SEASON RENTAL - Island Homewatch can advertise your home for rent in our "off season", interview applicants, handle rental contracts, collect rent and deposit into your account, manage any renter issues during their stay, and inspect upon completion of rental. We will have your home professionally cleaned before your arrival.
VACATION RENTAL - Island Homewatch will advertise and manage your home as a short term vacation rental while you are absent. We will handle all aspects of the rental from taking reservations, overseeing the cleaning and preparation of the home, meeting and orienting the renters, and taking care of any issues that should arise.
"IN HOUSE" SERVICES
Island Homewatch has a "team" of professionals we have worked with that have all proven to be excellent in their respective fields. They are all licensed and insured and their services can be contracted and monitored through Island Homewatch. Prices will vary depending upon the service requested. Sample menu:
